Performing Matrix Selections When Combining Black Triangle and Root Overlay Procedures
Joined by Dr. Charles Regalado, Dr. Rafael Bustamante, Dr. David Carroll, and Dr. Frank Milnar, Dr. Clark discussed how to understand the matrix needed when you are combining two procedures that can become complex together: the Root Overlay and Black Triangle restorations.
The Root Overlay procedure when combined with Injection Overmolding with the Bioclear Method continues to expand its importance. In this webinar, Dr. Clark discussed and taught how matrix choice can change due to altered root shape and size.
Simple instructions were given to combining: soft tissue retraction and management, rubber dam manipulation, and simultaneous matrix management. In addition, color masking strategies for roots were shown.

Dr. Hulse owns a cosmetic dental practice in Austin, Texas. He has been in practice since 2005 and prides himself on providing world-class dentistry and keeping up with all the latest technologies and techniques. Dr. Hulse loves doing Bioclear.
