Bioclear’s Top Educators
The Bioclear presenters and instructors are some of the most elite Bioclear clinicians in the world. After completing their Mastertrack certification, those clinicians have the opportunity to become Bioclear educators, presenters, and instructors for a vast number of Bioclear educational opportunities.

Dr. David Clark
Founder of Bioclear, Bioclear Faculty
Dr. David Clark is a groundbreaking cosmetic dentist and one of the pioneers in the use of the microscope in restorative dentistry. He founded the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry and is codirector of Bioclear Learning Centers International.
In 2007, Dr. Clark developed the Bioclear Matrix, a set of devices that dramatically improved the outcomes possible in composite restorations, including cracked, chipped, or broken teeth, gaps between teeth, and more. He went on to develop the Bioclear Method, a system of restorative dental procedures and protocols that, when combined in practice with Bioclear tools and materials, results in predictable, aesthetically pleasing, and long-lasting patient outcomes.
Dr. Clark is a 1986 graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry.

Dr. Charlie Regalado
Bioclear Faculty
Dr. Charles L. Regalado graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1991, where he was honored with Alpha Omega recognition as the top graduate in his class. Since 2000, he has been involved in postgraduate clinical instruction, with a focus on anterior esthetics and posterior resin dentistry.
Dr. Regalado has lectured throughout the United States on Bioclear procedures, including presentations for Seattle Study Clubs and other professional programs. In 2017, he joined the faculty of the Bioclear Learning Center, where he teaches Bioclear Anterior Esthetics and Advanced Restorative courses, with an emphasis on treating worn and eroded dentitions through conservative, adhesive restorative techniques.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Regalado enjoys cycling, fitness, lifelong learning, and spending time with his wife, four children, and fifteen grandchildren.

Dr. Dan Henricksen
Bioclear Faculty
Dr. Dan Henricksen was born and raised in Chehalis. After graduating from W.F. West High School, he left home to serve a mission for the LDS church in Brazil where he became fluent in Portuguese. Dr. Henricksen met Lacey, his future wife, while he was in Utah earning his Bachelors in Biology. They married and moved to New Orleans where he received his Master’s in Cell and Molecular Biology. Dr. Henricksen continued his studies at Indiana University School of Dentistry where he served as Class President and was active in the American Student Dental Association.
Dr. Henricksen continues the family legacy of service to our area following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. John Henricksen, who provided quality dental care to Lewis County and the surrounding area for more than 40 years. He brings to the practice the latest techniques in restorative dentistry. Dr. Henricksen’s practice offers a full selection of cosmetic options from teeth whitening to implants, as well as taking care of your restorative needs such as root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, and more.

Dr. Rafael Bustamante
Bioclear Faculty
Dr. Rafael Bustamante is a restorative dentist with over 20 years of experience integrating dental surgical microscopes into all aspects of clinical practice. He is on the board of advisors to the Pankey Institute where he contributes to curriculum development, mentorship programs, and strategic planning for continuing education in dentistry. He is visiting faculty at the University of Alberta Dental School and provides hands-on instruction in the Bioclear Method to undergraduate dental students. He is the owner of Signature Dental in Edmonton Alberta, Canada, specializing in microscope-enhanced dentistry, and comprehensive restorative and esthetic dentistry focusing on preserving tooth structure while achieving optimal esthetics and function. He holds a full faculty position at the Bioclear Learning Center in Tacoma, WA, USA. His interests include advancing restorative dentistry techniques through live demonstrations, hands-on workshops, and mentorship across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Dr. Bustamante is a 2004 graduate of the University of Alberta School of Dentistry.

Dr. Jennifer Roe
Bioclear Faculty
Dr. Jennifer M. Roe is a restorative and esthetic dentist dedicated to total dental wellness through minimally invasive, patient-centered care. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and artistic approach to dentistry, she received the Esthetic Dentistry Award for Outstanding Performance & Interest in Esthetic Dentistry from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she earned both her Dental Hygiene Certificate and DDS degree.
A San Antonio native, Dr. Roe has owned and operated an insurance-independent private practice in the Texas Hill Country for over 15 years. She has completed more than 2,000 hours of continuing education and earned Fellowship and Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry while pursuing the prestigious Lifelong Learning & Service Recognition Award.
As a certified provider and educating faculty member of the Bioclear Learning Center, Dr. Roe is passionate about teaching innovative restorative techniques that deliver durable, natural-looking results while preserving healthy tooth structure. She enjoys helping dentists build confidence with modern composite dentistry and minimally invasive treatment approaches.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Roe is deeply committed to service, mentorship, and community involvement, volunteering with organizations that provide dental care to underserved populations and survivors of domestic violence. She also enjoys mentoring aspiring healthcare professionals and collaborating with colleagues who share her passion for lifelong learning.
Outside the office, Dr. Roe enjoys life in the Texas Hill Country with her husband, Scott, and their three children. When she is not practicing or teaching, she can usually be found reading, gardening, cheering on her children at sporting events, or dreaming about writing a book someday.

Dr. Stephanie Couperous
Bioclear Faculty
Dr. Stephanie Couperus grew up in Sellersburg, IN, where she spent her childhood before earning her D.D.S at Indiana University. After receiving a Health Professions Scholarship from the U.S. Army, she moved to Washington in 2014 for what was supposed to be a short three-year stint at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. However, she quickly fell in love with the region.
A decade later, Dr. Couperus is still proud to call Olympia home alongside her husband and two children. During her time in the Army, she completed a 12-Month Advanced Education in Dentistry program and served a ten-month deployment to Iraq-a period filled with memorable experiences she loves sharing with others. Because of her military background, she brings discipline and compassion to her practice.
Dr. Couperus is deeply passionate about continuing dental education and connecting professionals to ensure patients receive top-quality care. One of her favorite aspects of being a dentist is building meaningful relationships with patients while helping them maintain their oral health well into old age. Furthermore, she regularly attends study clubs to stay updated on the latest advancements.
Outside of work, Dr. Couperus enjoys playing volleyball and participating in local study clubs. She also cherishes time spent with her two young children. In addition, she finds that these activities help her maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Dr. Lauren Wilson
Bioclear Faculty
Dr. Lauren Wilson grew up in the St. Louis Metro-East area, where her interest in dentistry began at a young age. Spending time in her father’s dental office after school and during summers gave her an early appreciation for the importance of providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and compassionate environment.
After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Spanish from the University of Kentucky, Dr. Wilson continued her education at Roseman University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. During dental school, she was fortunate to be part of the first dental class formally trained in the innovative Bioclear Method as part of the curriculum.
Dr. Wilson practices in private practices throughout the St. Louis and Metro-East region, where she focuses on aesthetic and restorative dentistry. She remains active in both local and national dental organizations and is passionate about continuing education and advancing modern composite dentistry.
As a Bioclear instructor, Dr. Wilson enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for minimally invasive, aesthetic treatment options and helping both patients and clinicians achieve exceptional outcomes. In practice, she values building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating healthy, confident smiles.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Wilson enjoys exploring new restaurants, attending St. Louis Blues hockey games, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Derek.
