Dr. Catherine H. Cunningham is a highly respected general dentist in Raleigh, known for her warm, relationship-centered approach to care and her unwavering dedication to clinical excellence. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, Dr. Cunningham blends exceptional training with more than a decade of hands-on experience serving patients and communities locally and abroad.
Since opening her private practice in 2016, Dr. Cunningham has become recognized not only for her skill but also for her leadership in organized dentistry. She is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, and the International College of Dentists, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the North Carolina Dental Society. She also leads as President of the Raleigh Wake County Dental Society.
Dr. Cunningham’s career reflects her deep commitment to service. Her volunteer work spans from Wake Smiles in Raleigh to global outreach in Malawi and clinical rotations within Alaska Native communities and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Nation.
