Bioclear Matrix, a rapidly growing new dental company, is seeking an energetic and self-driven dental salesperson. Must achieve specific sales objectives by providing digital and in person sales coverage within an assigned territory while developing relationships with dentists and dental offices for direct sales of Bioclear Products. Candidate will work with Bioclear Regional Sales managers to follow up leads and close direct sales. Candidate must be organized and possess strong communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities by effectively communication remotely via email and phone
  • Ability to tailor sales presentation and messaging around customer needs
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales target while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements
  • Ability to interact with a professional demeanor at all levels of an organization and established business relationships within the company

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum three (2) years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three (3) or more years dental industry sales experience is preferred
  • Responsible for achieving annual sales goals and expanding market presence within the assigned territory
  • Experience with maintaining and growing a multi-million dollar territory with 1,000 or more accounts
  • Proven talent in developing customer loyalty
  • Experience with selling direct to consumer
  • Healthcare industry related experience including dental manufacturers and distributors; dental labs; hygienists; dental assistants; pharmaceutical; medical device
  • Knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape in health care products, prices and policies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional selling process and skills
  • Advanced Territory Management skills including analytics, strategic planning, prioritization, and tactical execution utilizing all available resources to maximize results.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office application software, on-line sales support systems and Internet savvy research capabilities
  • Experience using Customer Relations Management (CRM) software (i.e. Siebel, Oracle, SAP CRM, Salesforce, Method CRM preferred)
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Ability to collaborate and share knowledge to benefits others
