    Bioclear Repair Policy(Required)
    1) Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
    2) Bioclear requires pre-authorization for the return of all products.
    Bioclear will not be liable for any loss of or damage to unauthorized return items.
    3) Bioclear will repair or replace all units under warranty, and we will ship all products free via UPS Ground.
    Return Procedure(Required)
    1) Before submitting for an RMA number, please make sure that you have correctly followed the installation instructions and operating procedures for the products that are located in the User’s Guide.
    2) Call our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)/Customer Care department with any questions you may have and then complete and submit the RMA Request form found on Bioclear’s website.
    3) On the RMA Request Form, make sure you have the following information: Contact name; Contact phone and fax number; E-mail address; Bioclear’s product part number; Serial number for each product returned; Complete description of the technical problems for each product returned.
    4) Read and check the box to indicate you have read both the Bioclear Repair Policy and the Return Procedure and then click “Submit” below. RMA number will be issued within 24 hours after all proper documents have been received.
    5) All returns must be complete including accessories, cables, manuals and software included with the original shipment.
    6) RMA number should be clearly written on the shipping label and the label placed on the shipping box.
    7) No return will be accepted without an RMA number.
