3M has performed rigorous testing to ensure the safety of pre-warmed 3M™ Filtek™ composites for both clinicians and patients. 

Preheating 3M™ Filtek™ One Bulk Fill Restorative changes and slightly weakens its mechanical properties. 

Any shade of 3M™ Filtek™ One Bulk Fill Restorative can be co-cured up to 4 mm with 3M™ Filtek™ Bulk Fill Flowable Restorative. 

3M™ Filtek™ One Bulk Fill Restorative recorded the highest flexural strength of any direct composite tested by The Dental Advisor and a high compressive strength of 347 MPa. 

A clinical trial showed it takes 50-60% less time (17 minutes) to place Class I and Class II restorations when bulk filling/selective enamel etching vs. incremental placement.
